Hi experts
I been in SL for a year and a half now, but have been learning how to make movies only for a few days. I have learn't how to use Fraps and how to edit the clips using Windows Movie Maker. The results are still pretty crude and clumsy and I still have a lot to learn.
Any tips would be welcome. In particular, how do I stop the "jerkiness" of the camera. Advanced-Mouse smoothing seems to have zero effect. Similarly, Preferences-Input and Camera sliders seem to do nothing.

There's a great Torley vidtut on how to use alt zoom and the mouse .. let me find it..ok I found one by someone else.. this will help you :

You can also use an Xbox controller if you have one and can't get a space navigator. Let me know if you need help to try this, I've tweked my settings to get a good response from mine.
