Hey guys I'm having a big issue..
Everytime I use joystick flycam, I move it a certain way and my screen goes CRAZY like absolutely bananas going really fast its dozens of like, frames of the image and it finally stops- IN THE SKY. What in name is it doing?? MY settings are fine, same as I always keep them. I even made sure and returned them to default and everything- no cigar.
Also, when this happens my frame rate becomes 1 or 2..
I have an amazing PC, well functioning system with a lot of ram and great graphics card, built specifically to support gaming.
Any advice on what is happening?
Thanks.

Joystick issues on the JIRA

Hi - I don't think this is the exact issue, but if you search JIRA you might find it. If not, report it there and hopefully someone at LL will fix it. https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-6989

What you are experiencing is not abnormal. Basically when you use a remote viewer like FlyCam, SL has to track 2 positions for your avatar. One for the actual location of your avatar and one for your view. This can cause packet loss when you move quickly or a long way away from your avatar. SL's client will reset your view to the baseline, that can be 0,0,0 of the sim, or if the sim is surrounded by other sims, it cannot cope with broadcasting the child objects to your viewer so will either make your view a void or high in the sky, or low underground. It is possibly related to the memory leaks associated to the Client. To correct it, turn off FlyCam, move your avatar to reset your view and turn on FlyCam again, then continue.
