Hollywood to Triple Sailing Venue

HOLLYWOOD Feb. 27, 2006 -- Rumor in the local gossip columns has it that Hollywood insiders MarkTwain White and Nber Medici have been working quitely in the background for a couple of months to expand their holdings in Second Life to included the recently discovered Channel Islands to the north and south of Hollywood. Pending final discussions with Linden Labs, the additional new sims (which should be added to the grid any day now) will not only triple the sailing space available to Starboards Yacht Club members, it will also provide four island homes to four lucky skippers.

The two new sims will have two islands each of 4096 square meters and 800 prim allowance. The lease cost will be US$50 per month. The four lucky skippers who become residents in the Channel Islands will have not only the luxury of only a single neighbor (seperated by a channel) but will be a major supporter of the expanded racing, cruising, and pirating activities in the triple expanded Starboards Yacht Club sailing venue.

At this point four skippers have already indicated their desire to aquire the islands. However cost details were not firm at the time of their application. SYC is taking back up offers on the islands. Contact Mark Twain White or Nber Medici ASAP if interested.

Additional Note: Recent seismic activity in the area indicate the possibility of a 5th 4096 sm island appearing in the southern new region as well. Details not available at press time.
