A Koreatown in-world? Hanguk saram uhdi isseoyo?

Hanguk saram uhdi-iss-sumnikka?
Where are all the Korean ppl at?

I only just arrived in SL 3 days ago. So I am a certified NOOB, still learning how to walk without bumping into things!

So anyhow, I'm looking at the SL map and I see a place called "Gimchi" -- I get real excited, cuz kimchi is Korea's national dish as we all know, so I teleport to that place and.... no. Hanguk saram upsuhyo. *sigh*

And I look at the map and see all these wonderful Korean names for regions: Gimchi, Omurice, Yuja, Hobak, Bbang, Yangpa, Nakji.. the list goes on..

But no Koreans.

So if there isn't a Korea town in Hobak (pumpkin), Yuja (girl/woman), or Yangpa (onion), then where in the world would all the Koreans be???

ps. I tried typing in Hangul but when I previewed the post it was just a bunch of question marks. sigh.

oh yeah, I forgot to add, I made an SL "group" today called Korean Interest Meeting (KIMchi).... but i don't think anyone'll join it, so it'll probably evaporate in a couple days.
