Our second outfit is "Victorian", innocent in white and lavender with more than a touch of naughty! The floor-length skirt drifts dreamily, revealing white lacy stockings as you move. And surely only a modern Victorian would allow that more-than-a-glimpse of tummy! Again, clever accessories make this outfit a steal: lace purse, lace shawl, animated umbrella, adorable pillbox hat.
