i used to have my house in Sistiana, then The Level was built right infront of it...So, after a couple months, i bought land in Zuni and built my house there.............THEN TODAY I FOUND OUT THAT SOMEONE IS BUILDING A CLUB RIGHT BESIDE MY HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All i want is a place to call home and not have crounds of people around.

Hah! Neighbor Club-itis... itches, don't it?

I feel your pain Gattz...

I'll share photos of my 'Club-itis' problems if I get to sizing/cropping them and such. Just as you finish the last painstaking touch to your terraforming... to maximize the view while respecting the build lines of your neighbors... 4 *HUGE* untextured, single colored walls spring up. Next come those generic square floor disco lights, and/or rotating stages with 'dance poles'. If your lucky, the red or green laser looking 'security/access' bars don't go up for another 3 days. IM me about the TOS safe, landscape-camo panels I'm working on.

Try also, if you need to relocate, a plot with at least one, hopefully two Governor Linden Protected borders... it helps heaps!

Kind Regards,
EO

i just got some good news, seems that the owners of the club are thinking of making the club in another sim. So, means that im safe, but, someone else is gonna be stuck with it :/.
I would like to have sims made for housing and living, and others for businesses, clubs. It would help loads with people not wanted to live beside clubs

You should really take a look at Brown or Boardman. They are residential only sims. No clubs or malls. Just houses and some nice market stalls in the middle.

There are some problems due to folks not understanding they can't have a particle farm on their land, but the lindens usually take care of it. Lee Linden is the person who watches Brown for us and cleans up violations pretty quickly.

If you look at the land for sale part of the map, there are several lots available in both sims.

Good luck!

And lets not forget lusk estates.

Its been my project the last 2 months to restore the broken plots in Lusk estates to their original sizes, and then put them into a group land trust.

People wishing to build within the zoning guidlines of the area can join the group, donate land tier for the size of their plot, and then start building.

Welcome to SL. While the potential for creativity is unparalleled, many take it upon themselves to create what they perceive will make money. This leaves you with the choices of: Store, Club, Casino, Mall.

Of course the combinations of the above can't be ignored, since if you can make one and get some dwell, why not do them all!

'Clasino' - Club and Casino! Exciting!
'Stub' - Store and Club, imagine the exhilirating income!
'Clasinall' - Club, Casino and Mall - Lagolicious!

These are just a few of the easily erected structures that can be part of your SL experience. In short, the only long-term enjoyment to be had is to band together and buy land to manage for a theme, or if you're really ready to $pend $ome $exy amounts of money, a private $im, which is where you get the real support anyway.

Just look at today's moving list to confirm that.

Remember, it isn't what you create, just how much you spend in doing it that counts.

Nothing personal Gattz, its just come to this, I'm sorry.
