Did anyone watch the Olympic Games opening ceremonies?
For a moment there i thought I had smoked one too many when a Centaur stood in the middle of the stadium with his armed raised, moving some construction materials in the air. And suddenly a cube appears...
Wow! That scene was totally out of SL!
I took a couple of shots straight out of the tv, so quality is not the best.

dude i saw it man! i was totally stoned while watching it. i was amazed and scared at the same time. that shit was so surreal. did u hear that the cube walking dude practiced that routine for an entire year. i was so worried he was gonna fall i couldnt enjoy myself.  stanley kubric lives! |

Darko, you pretty much said everything i could say about it.. awesome preseentation! and it looked like he almost fell.. of course, he was suspended by a wire, but still.. and yeah, very cool Kubrick thing they had going on as well!

And how about all those people looking like statues / sculptures? Man, I sure wouldn't want to run into one of them! They did a great job with the make-up and costumes.

you can see statue-people any day of the week.. especially in the summer. just head on down to Atlantic City, NJ. they'll be there.. and they'll have nice little hats where you can throw oyur money for their performance. hehe..
and Darko, agreed. we do seem to think alike, eh? (ps - the Cup is awesome!)
