You can find land auctions here, or go to the Community section of SL's website and click on Auctions. That's probably your best bet for finding land for sale in SL. You can also check the map in-world on the "Land For Sale" section to find plots that have been listed for sale in the past 24 hours; however, some of them might not be current because they only update that map once a day.
