Accusing someone for an inworld crime on a public forum without corresponding evidence only comes off as a baseless attack on the accused.
This should have been handled through inworld abuse reports, not on a public forum... please remember that in the future.

I agree with Alexis.
Naming names is not too productive. Matters that involve specific people should be dealt with through other avenues.
I would have been interested in hearing about the scenario, in generic terms, about how you were swindled, or "thugged". That would have been productive and helpful to others to avoid the same situation.

Also, I agree, if you feel you've been wronged contact a Linden and get it sorted out, if an exploit is found THEN post about it so people can be aware that it can happen. And leave out names unless you're 100% sure someone is guilty.

Let me clear this up. Somehow forsaken got a copy of an RPG i sell, which has copy/mod/transfer rights. I asked him if he would not give it out anymore. So, a few days later, my associate Lance LeFay asked him for the said item, which i asked him not to distribute. He gave it to him, and others, losing me buisness. Lance CALMLY told him he owed me 600 L$ for those lost sales, we did not SWEAR or PUSH him around the simulator, i have just began selling the weapon again, but, it has become infamous because it was the weapon GRIMMY MOONYFLOWER used to 'firebomb' events, which he obtained through Forsaken1 or someone forsaken1 gave an RPG to.
