need urgent help

hi everyone, i got a problem
when i start to play (for my first time it is)
there appears a screen called: Terms of Service Agreement
and then it won't go furder
it says: LOADING, and that's all, i can sit, there an hour and nothing will happen
what can i do about it ?
and my free trial time is running and i still haven't played the game, but i would really want to

can you help ?

If you've already checked the "I Agree" box of the TOS agreement thingie and nothing happens, what I would do is call Linden Labs at 800-860-6990 and ask for some help.

LL has an 800 number?! Wow!

And do you have broadband, Emelie24? That's a requirement for this game.

And if your free period expires, you can just get a new one. But I'd recommend getting a name WITHOUT numbers the next time around, since you'll be one of maybe.... one in game who has numbers in their name.

Yeah, it's listed in the screen right after you register a trial account.

That's not necessarily true, Molecular. If your first free trial expires and you try to register another using the same credit card, a little screen pops up saying something to the effect of "You've already had a free trial account on this credit card in the past three months. You may register this account now, but you must join as a full member." Or something like that.
