SL is one year now and I made a trip to Plum to see the Beta Contributor Wall. I guess Im all sentimental now, but it was sort of a somber experience. There are over 1500 names on those walls. I spent about 20 minutes just reading names.
There are still some active players, it was nice seeing those familiar names. It was funny to see my old beta name up there, wishing my current name was there. Lots of names up there of people that are no longer with us, lots more than are still here. Many names I didnt know, but funny, clever names, made me wonder what they were like.
A few names really grabbed me, I had forgotten them, but remembered some good times after seeing their name again. Its been a good year overall, lots of ups and downs, but lots of fun. Take some time out and go read some names on the Wall, reflect on what was and what is to be.

I love looking back to old times through landmarks or something else that holds a piece of what the world was like at one time in it forvever. Btw, what ever happened to the Time Capsule? EDIT: I finally took the time to read something and found the answer to the Time Capsule question

Still here Loki. Just been keeping a low profile. Been a bumpy last few months with the divorce and all, but I am still. Glad to be in my new place and have my system set back up. I missed you guys.
