Hiya Folks, this is sabre to report some interesting stuff.

#1: My haunted maze is complete. special thanks to Loki Pico for his tour group, I hope you guys jad fun in the maze. If you have not been there, it is in shipley, near the marina by Catherine Omega's place. Stop by. The maze is FREE, if you would like to donate to the cause, 5 bucks is greatly appreciated. Actors are being recruited for the special halloween bonanza I am planning, if interested, Im sabre titan.

#2 Taxes suck, but what can I do about it? Nothin, so I choose to keep building, and having fun. Not everyone in Americana wants a revolution, though our voices are seldom heard. And that is fine.

#3 Hamlet rocks, he moved behind the marina and maze, welcome to our new neighbor. As well as the owners of the blue house, dana crash: our newest shipley builder's member.

#4 The group of Shipley builders would like to extend an invitation to all resident building groups for an information echange. Building ideas, etc. All resident groups are invited tgo attend. IM Sabre Titan for details on the conference.

#5 anyone interested in an ocean faring business in Shipley, hawthorne, stanford, and federal, please im sabre. I am working on a boat tour business. It works as such, independent operators, all captains would join the boat tour of sl group, and charge 10-20 dollars for a boat tour of the island area. Requirement: Make one boat slip, on the water, so participants can explore the land. the goal is to have a non flying adventure tour of the area. Im Sabre.

#6 Anyone requiring the need of marriage services, pleas contact odalisque von leonard, her new wedding chatuea is now open for your needs.

#7 Boat scripters required for marina in shipley, contact Pituca Chang or Sabre Titan. Payment for services will be rendered.

That is all for now. plenty to read I know, but should give you all some ideas.

I bought some land in Shipley and can't wait to start building my house! But, that will have to wait untit my first weekly allowance. :-)

See ya later neighbor!

Hey thanks!

However, I released my land in Shipley yesterday, as I was told I should probably move to a different sim (as Shipley is pretty full).

Fill it to the rim, with prims...

It would seem that we have run into a new challenge to our creative impulses. The "fill-up" of Shipley seriously cramps my style. I want to live here. I have land, and the skeleton of a home, but no way to build.

Mind you, I'm not writing this post to gripe. I am writing this post to get some feedback from the good contractors of Shipley Builder's Assoc. regarding what we are going to do about it. I do believe that there is some way that we can come together to figure out how we can continue to build in the area without losing the legacy that already exists.

I know that Sinatra Cartier had mentioned some foiled plans, as well as some of the others. I would like to know, specifically, how it is affecting each of you, and what you think we can do to control the effects of "sim-fill".

I chose Shipley very carefully as a stomping ground, and I won't be turned away easily.

I'm in the same boat. I carefully chose Shipley and built my clocktower there; however, if I want to work on anything involving more than one prim, I'm better off flying way way out to Olive where I can actually create things.

My underwater laboratory is lonely. I've already scavanged my own primitives to death.

I don't want to move! But I'm starting to see no choice...

Dear Members of teh builder group,

I am in the process of moving out of shipley, as you have seen the entire maze and compound has been destroyed. I am going to release the land tonight, so everyone that wants a piece, stake it out.

This is not due to anyone's actions, words, looks, or otherwise. It is time for me to leave, i wish you all the best.

My new place is in the mountains of mocha, if you ever want to stop by.

Sabre

ps: when all land is relinquished, i will leave the group, all members that do not reisde in shipley should do so.
