For your information.

Taylor Thompson is selling 3k lindenbucks on ebay .

current bid as of this post is: $21 USD

As of this moment on GOM , you could get 20 blocks,

L$5,000 for $26 USD

$5 USD more for 2,000 L, looks like an open market fares better than an auction in this case.

Just thought new people would like to know, and no, I don't benefit from providing this information, it was just glaringly obvious.

I'm not trying to rip anyone off, I start my auctions at five dollars and what they end at is what they end at. I have had that same amount end at 13 dollars. It always varies, usually it doesnt get this high.

There is no implication of such, just that both markets will vary. An auction will invariably bring about a higher price than a deeper market with trades on both sides of the current market price.

Just wanted to bring the disparity to people's attention. For some, this won't matter and they'll participate in your auction, for others, they'll try GOM for their needs. Either way, a market is being served.

I offer money orders and other types of payment I think that is one reason people bid on my auctions as well. I also pay right away ( just like the other sites) Two people that have bid and won stated they just liked being able to buy money from someone else. "Another option: ( maybe because I am not a company?)

They also have the chance to get it cheaper from me ( well obviously not this current auction, but since I start at five dollars, they have that chance if no one bids it up )

I also actually play in game as opposed to just use this as a means to make money, and I am not out just to make a buck in game, I just sell my stippend money for cash. I'm a student right now and not working just yet (job hunting) so this extra cash helps a ton.

That's ok, I doubt I'll be posting again anytime soon, I've remembered why I stopped to begin with.

You're fine, I just remembered why I stopped is all. I blame my thread-starting on my current medicated-for-cold state.

Don't worry about it.
