I wonder how many users there are in Europe. Do you think it's more than the 300-500 that it would take to support a full-time staff member for extended-hours technical support?
Not to make it a numbers game, but it kind of is... I imagine Linden Labs is not a huge company, and since I work for a small company myself, I know what it really costs to run just one employee. For that one employee to be productive, they have to generate 2-3 times their paycheck.
