A friend and I have started a group for hosting building competitions called the SL Builders Bureau, which is free to join. Here is the groups description:
Every Sunday a Build theme is announced
Every Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday at 5 SLT we meet to discuss builds and applications of the theme
Every Saturday we teleport to a sandbox at 5-SLT ( teleport link will be sent out in group chat )
Contestants and friends will vote on their favourite builds and a first second and third place will be awarded ( Lindens or medals depending on budget restrictions )
Just a little something to do for people who are bored and like building for fun or challenge. Join us if you're interested.
Oh and you don't have to be an expert builder to join.. I'm certainly not and I'll be doing it anyways, lol.EDIT: I guess groups don't show up in search until 2 days after creation, so if you cant find it IM Kestheba Karas or Kaine Lowenstark to be admitted into the group.
