 I have no idea what happened, unfortunately I was messing around with my avatar and this guy happened. I've been trying any solution I could find but have had no luck. Any idea what could be going on? Thanks a ton for any help |

Heh heh. Yeah, that freaked me out the first time I saw it too.
With one of the recent viewer updates, in some areas your own avatar will take awhile to rez. As opposed to being completely invisible, you (and other avvies) will be a little poof of smoke.
Try giving it some time, or visit another sim, or something. It never lasts that long with me, though it did take about 20 minutes (!) at one sim I was at. But usually it's only a few seconds.

hmm it remains consistent but I haven't remained on for more than 10 minutes. I'll try the waiting game and hopefully it will work . Thanks  (I already tried the clear cache and cmd+ctrl+r and had no luck) |
