E and C, I expect. Seems like the WASD control scheme should be the same, which would include that, so try E and C.

If you're using an extended keyboard, then page up/page down under the F16 key works for flying too.

Usually it's just a question of replacing "control" in Windows keyboard commands with "Command" i.e. ⌘.
