Spanish only speaker, and we have been looking for info on this problem either in English or Spanish. She's also having problems with the media player, and she's already tried using the preferences buttons already......... If anyone has any guidance, she'd be very grateful. She is okay with people IMing her directly.

Hi,
I have a problem with SL. I have not been able to teleport anywhere for about 6 days--every time I try to teleport, it logs me off of SL.
I have SL on a Macpro. I also can't type, send messages to the groups I belong to, because it does't show up in chat. I've tried with other different groups and it still doesn't work. I've tried to clear the program cache, and also re-install, but it still hasn't resolved the problem.
If you could please help me resolve this problem, because I don't know what else to do.
