Stuck Underwater

Please help. I have a MacBook and and iMac, and I've been able to log into SL in the past on both just fine. I've been gone from SL for awhile, so when I decided to check in recently, I discovered that when I do log in, I'm frozen in place. Sometimes I'm underwater, and I can't access my inventory. I've tried clearing my cache and restarting, but that doesn't seem to work. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the latest version of SL dozens of times. Any other ideas?

make sure you have the latest version of sl.
Log into another sim
clear cache
open your inventory and do a search for something (I use the word "slow" which usually brings up my entire inventory)
try waiting for a bit to let things load
Pray.

If nothing works contact support,they might restart the sim to free you.
I had a stuck presence that their usual fixes did'nt correct,when they restarted the sim i was freed
If you know the sim owner you could ask them to restart the sim

With the exception of restarting the sim, I've tried all of the above, but nothing seems to work. The same thing happens to all of my alts as well, no matter what sim they're on. I contacted support, but they seem to be useless unless you have a paid account. (I was pointed to the knowledge base, as if I couldn't find that on my own.) I'm thinking it's a Mac issue, but I can't figure out the magic formula to get it to work. I've been able to log in on both of my macs in the past, and they are both less than a year old. I'm pretty confused!

I was fine until I emptied my cache which I have done before. I think it may be that I have since added much more to my inventory and it wont load now..???????????????

I cant log in dosent matter where I try to all was fine till I emptied my cache UUUUUUGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
