Okay so I'm still somewhat fairly new to the whole Mac thing. Sue me, I've been a PC user for over 10 years.
Anyhow, what is the equivalent of page down/page up on a Mac?

Is this a Mac Laptop? The full-sized Mac keyboards have the Page up / Page down keys just like any PC does.

On my Macbook, there is a cluster of 4 keys in the lower right corner of the keyboard. The middle two are Page Up and Page Down, and are marked as such.

Note that to use the page up and page down on a Mac notebook, you have to hold down the "fn" key (located in the bottom left of the keyboard). Otherwise the keys act as normal arrow keys.
