Mac and Photoshop -Can't Upload

Anyone else have this problem, anything I create in PS and try and upload causes an instant crah. Have not been able to upload anything at all....

Using Mac OS X 10.4.10, ann PS elements or full version...HELP! :)

turns out...photshop was corrupted....
