Do you ever find; when you look at second life and you take a picture per say on a macbook pro and you dont get as sharp as pc...this is what i have wondered when you even turn your mac up to the highest size it could be in the image picture to me it doesnt look as sharp as a pc. and just as the best it can be ... any suggestions??

-thanks Under the advanced menu (Control-Alt-Shift-D), do you have high-quality snapshots checked? The format you save the screenshot in also matters. Use .BMP format.

Do you have anti-aliasing enabled on either computer? It's in graphics preferences under hardware options.
