I have been using Skype for a week now to chat with a friend while we are in SL. It works really well. I was impresses with how easy it was to install and set up.

Skype works PERFECTLY between Mac and PC for this! Had a friend suggest it just a couple days ago... great for when you're out exploring or shopping, or generally goofing off. I had never, ever used Skype before, now I know wy people love it!
