Streaming Video Problem

I have a PowerMac G5 Dual 2.0 with Tiger and an Nvidia 6800 Ultra Pro video card.

I cannot see streaming video at all. I just see a blue screen. No images. Nothing.

QuickTime is version 7.4.5.
