Well, here we are in 1.15.0.2... and I've crashed with what looks like the same MacBook Pro dual processor bug as before. Except this time the whole SL freezes _and_ the whole Mac.
This was after c. 30 minutes, and in response to the same thing as before... I was typing an IM.

I'll take the fact that you at least got to start sending an IM as a glimmer of light I've been trying to log in for 3 hours but am firmly locked out with messages such as "unable to connect to version manager" *sigh* all to predictable with any upgrade...more patience called for

Well this is a first for me - my entire machine is being locked up (Force Quit not even possible) by this new viewer, which cannot connect...although, it seems to be trying.
Thankfully, I've kept copies of the older viewers around, in case there's need for a rollback on this one...
