Twisted head!!!

My head twisted round and stayed there last night !?!?!?!
Main problem is I havnt been able to TP for 5 days now
I have been trapped on my land all that time :(
Anyone had this or got any suggestions?
I also have numerous other probs but I wont bore ya..................YET!

The head twisted is probably solved by Clearing the Cache. (in preferences. and then 'network' tab, I believe.)

THe TP issues should have been solved by tonite's restart.
