Well this is ticking me off big time, I've got a G5 dual core 2.3 GHz with 8GB of RAM and a tarra drive
It was working just fine this morning - uploaded 40 images for my shop
Now, I can't upload a darn thing! every time I try it just crashes SL, I've tried clearing cash and what not, but not dice - am running 1.21.6.99587 of SL
Anyone know how to fix this issue?

Hi, LadyMuse- I have the same problem with my IMAC crashing when uploading, and even sometimes when taking photos. I understand your frustration. Hopefully, we can find someone who knows what to do.

hey! a switchback to viewer version 1.20.17 CAN fix this problem (does for linux) all versions ->  v1.20.17 ->

I am having this issue as well. I'll try the prior version, yet I believe it did it even with that version, as well.

Check the resolution - dpi

I had the same trouble. Saved the picture on a lower dpi and it uploaded with no problem.
