Hotkeys for MAC

I am searching for information on Hotkeys for the MAC. I know there is a pull-down list for PC users, but I need the MAC list, if it exists. Specifically, I need to know how to use Instant Messaging while in mouselook. Any help/information will be appreciated. Thank you.

By and large, the same keystrokes will work for both Windows and Mac. you'll see some references that say you need to use the command/apple key instead of Ctrl, but both do the job. Use the option key as Alt.

Ctrl-T will get you the IM window in mouselook (or out of it), tab and up/down arrows to move around the tabs. Ctrl-W to get IM out the way so you can get to dialogs, tab and return also work with those dialogs.

I must be doing something wrong then, because when I try Ctrl-T in mouselook, I don't get the IM window. Thank you for the websites too. I'll be searching them a lot.
