I was just watching the QuickTime demo of the new Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard desktop and noticed a "Second Life.pkg" icon in the "Downloads" stack (circled below.)

while thats interesting... what the heck is Second Life.pkg .... the distribute them in DMG files... or is that a VERY old version of SL someone still had on the hard drive they copied programs off for the demo.

show-off  but that's a kewl shot - are you using app enhancer/shapeshifter? i had to turn mine back off; found it was contributing to some of the frequency of sl crashing i was having recently. :\ (still hasn't fixed -all- the crashing though - still treading lightly)contribute one to the link parade; i was just dling to watch this: http://www.apple.com/iphone/usingiphone/guidedtour.html _____________________

Actually, its the 9a446 developers build. A little test drive for App compatibility so Im ready in (fingers crossed) October. Yes its OS X 10.5 "Leopard". No SL doesnt run stable (yet). No I can not share it for obvious reasons. If youd like to discuss 10.5 more or if you have any questions about it, see me in game.
