I'm running Leopard on an iMac and I'm trying to get the Advanced Menu to come up. I've tried the CTRL-ALT-D and with the Shift, neither one of those is bringing forward.
Something I've missed?

Hi, maybe you have a funny keyboard like mine, the option/alt and command buttons are backwards. If one does not work then try the other one!
