Just HOW do you record a movie with the client's "save movie to disc"? I've tried 1.19.1(4), OnRez and RC6 with the same results: a crash as soon as I hit OK. I've used SnapzPro with success, but the video looks like a multi-generation VHS recording. http://youtube.com/watch?v=i68RyfFXa8sSundbuns

"Save movie to disc" simply does not work.
I use SnapzProX to record things and it works well for me - I expect you need to change something in your compression or recording settings (depending on the power of your machine) to achieve better quality. I do not tend to record the _whole_ screen, that would be pushing the poor thing rather hard - I have a fixed rectangle of 800x600 or 640x480 dimensions and record that instead. I'm afraid I can't remember what my usual recording settings are though.

Cool. I used Snapz Pro but the original file was too big for youTube. I edited it in iMovie and that really made it worse, once I figured out how to save it in the right format.
