Is anyone else experience the longest ever updating with 1.7? Usually the download zips and loads in less than a minute. I am waiting 5 minutes or more for the last two downloads to load up. The bar is crawling..... Just wanting to see if other mac users are experiencing the same thing.  |

Heya Iris, you mean 1.7.1, the latest update? Do you have a bandwidth meter to show you how much is being downloaded at a given time? AFAIK I tested downloading the Mac client from secondlife.com/download and it's zipping along happily. |

The downloading is taking a long time, much slower than usual.
For example, right now I am getting 15 kbps , less than I used to get with dialup many years ago.

WTF LOL I did a bandwidth test and i thought my isp was messing up.. these are my results Communications 4 megabits per second Storage 491.4 kilobytes per second 1MB file download 2.1 seconds Subjective rating Awesome |
