I while ago I asked somewhere, perhaps not this forum, but i got an answer, on how to run two avatars simultaneously on the Mac. the answer was, to find the Second Life App, RClick it to see package contents, open Contents/ Resources and find a text file called arguments.txt. in there you write a single word.... that tells Mac OSX to allow the application to open more than once. You then Duplicat the entire App. Two SLs can run at once...
unfortunately.... i installed the New version of SL today, forgetting to check that word... so i can no longer do it...
Can anybody remember what that one word was???

I would suspect it's -multiple, if it's exactly the same as the Windows command line procedure.

Here's one thread on the subject: /327/5a/141366/1.html .
