We're all probably aware that running SL on Mac in full-screen mode is a first-class ticket to a crash. But it annoys the crap outta me to have two menu bars -- one for Mac OS, and one for SL. Oh, yeah, AND a window title bar. This tip from Macworld hides the Mac menu bar and the dock, too. It's only a few pixels, but just a few pixels makes it feel roomier to me. Complete how-to here: http://www.macworld.com/weblogs/macosxhints/2007/02/hidemenubar/index.phpNote: this tip requires editing some of the innards of the SL viewer, and won't persist between viewer updates. It is really easy to do, though, and the article tells you how to make a backup of your app in case you break something.

Full screen vs. Window view: both work for me, BUT, I'm always careful to use the same resolution in both modes. Changing Resolution while simultaneously going from window to full screen view does crash.
