When running the mac client in a window, how can I resize it? There is no resize widget in the lower-right. I can "Zoom" the window using the window control, but how can I just change the size to be what I want? (Other than the fixed sizes in the File menu)

Why not try this ...
place your mouse where you think the window resize control should normally be ... click and drag ...
