Flying on a Macbook Pro?

I'm new here, so pardon my inadequate searching. I couldn't find anywhere this topic had been discussed.

I am using a 2007 Macbook Pro laptop, which does not have a "Page Up" or "Page Down" key. I can not for the life of me figure out how to fly up and down without them, and any alternate key configurations I have read of do not work. What's the secret?

Good grief- sorry to bug you. I just figured it out. I had to close the chat bar (roll eyes)

W-A-S-D-E-C also move your avatar. W moves forward. S moves backward. A moves left. D moves right. E will fly up. C will fly down (land).
