Can anyone help me with this? My quick key for saving snapshots to disk doesn't work, whenever I press the ctrl key I just get a hand come up instead of the cursor an pressing the ' key in tandem has no effect. Tried it with Cmd key as well to no effect either. Running an iMac 2.8GHz, 4GB with 10.5.8 Leopard.

Pressing CTRL-` the first time in a session should bring up a dialogue box letting you choose where to save the picture to. Subsequent times, it saves the image to that location without any dialogue box or other interaction.

It isn't the apostrophe, it's the key that also has the tilde on it: ~

HI Callum, here it looks like you are using the ' key, but it is the ` that works. This key is on the left near esc and tab on US keyboards, it can be in a different place if you have another country keyboard.
