How to Sit? Etc.

I'm Totally New to SL. I'm an Apple Hardware Repair Specialist. But just about as clueless as the average user (or more) when it comes to things like running software like this.

That said, I am stuck on Orientation Island because for the life of me, can NOT figure out the following:

How to sit-

How to Play the Table games (MahJong etc)

How to interact other than via Text Chat.

I'm here to Explore and learn about this place. But I'm not seeing the point of this place. Can anyone enlighten me?

Right-click on things and you will get pie-shaped menus, from there you can sit, inspect, do a whole bunch of other things. And notice the More> thing at the bottom of the circle, those menus go on and on and on... That should get you started.

For interacting with things, much of it will be from clicking and right-clicking. For people, you get the chat, instant messages (you'll see that in the menus too if you right-click on people), and there is a voice thing if you want to deal the noise.

I don't remember this mah jong game, except for a broken one at one of the welcome areas. Maybe someone else does?

(Oh, just noticed that Mac part. If your mouse is one of the ones without real right-click, SL uses the apple key instead of ctrl for that.)
