Best Wireless Router?

Just a quick hardware question here ....

I am currently using a wired router, but have been considering the purchase of a wireless model.

Is there a specific router that forum users would recommend that is geared for both Macs and graphics-intensive programs like SL?

All the rest of my computer use is fairly mundane, so it's really only SL I worry about accomodating :D.

TIA.

I use Airport Express and LOVE it. I am running one mac and 2 windows machines off of it. I get great signal and things are fast. You can also use it to hook to your stereo and stream music from your computer to it. Put the extra bit of money towards an Airport Express, you will not regret it.

I swear by Netgear. Their ADSL units are known for hanging onto connections when the SNR drops to normally unsustainable levels. I've gone through a few models since I first required a wireless router in 2003 (they didn't break; i'm just an upgrade whore :P), but I'm now using a Netgear DG834N. It can achieve wireless speeds up to 270Mbps which is faster than most (any?) other routers on the market. It's an ADSL2+ Wireless router btw, but I believe Netgear do one without the ADSL2+ modem inside if you don't need that. Netgear DG834xN (PN? i'm not sure).

Looks kinda Mac-ish too.
