how do I clear my cache?

So I hear about people downloading the new upgrade and then clearing their cache.
I'm runing system 10.4

should I clear my cache?

If so how do I do it?

There are two ways to clear cache.

[1] From inside SL: Before logging in, click on Preferences. Then select the "Network" tab and click the "Clear Cache" button.

[2] From Finder: Close SL. Navigate to /Library/Application Support/SecondLife/ in your home folder. Delete the files in the "cache" folder there.

Restart SL either way. Cache should be cleared.
