my guy just floats all over the sky and i can't stop him its like a bug or something. And no i didn't tell him to fly all of the sudden it happened.

Does this happen all the time or just occasionally? If just occasionally, it sounds like extreme lag or you encountered a sim crossing where SL lost track of where your avatar is and your viewer shows you as drifting off out of control over the horizon.
