I have both these buttons on my powermac, emac, imac, and ibook, what keyboard are you using? on a full apple keuboard page up and paged down are above the arrow keys, next to the number keypad. On an apple laptop, page up and page down are done by holding down the function key and pressing the up or down arrow ^^

if you're using your left hand it's easier to use these alternatives ...
The C and E keys for page up / down
A and D = left / right
W and S = forward / back

On the last three mac keyboards I've used page up and page down are under F15, next to home and end.
They're vertical arrows with two lines across the tail of the arrow on this keyboard.

The problem is on laptop keyboards where page up and down are on the up and down inverted-T arrow keys used for avatar motion control too. The solutions mentioned already should work.

If you hold the "Fn" key down on a laptop while using the Arrow keys it should activate their respective Page Up/Dn Home/End features.
This is in general, not just for SL.
