after downloading and installing the latest version of Sl, my mac (powerbook g4, osx10.4) crashes when i launch Sl. Help! this sucks and i'm at a loss as to why this is happening. i did do a uninstall / reinstall but i get the same results. this is what the log is reporting...

make sure when you are crashing at start up and try a reinstall, that you not only get rid of Second Life.app , but you also go to /Users/{your user name}/Library/Application Support/ and get rid of the Second Life folder there. It keeps some data and settings that often cause the client to crash if its corrupt. Running Second Life.app will rebuild that folder if it doesn't exist anymore, but you'll have to set up all your preferences inside SL again.

you can go back to 1.19.0 like I did also. That is if they ever fix the current 16 hour server trounle they are going thru now.
