Help! I can't get this monster outfit OFF me!

Ok, another newb question. I bought some cloth's at Yandi's. Well, ALL the cloth went on my person! I got that off now I am an ugly green monster. When I go to inventory and click on this "SKIN" (I guess that's what it it) there is no "detach all" . I tried apperience and no luck in there either.

I hate this ugly green thing!

In Secondlife, attachments can be taken off, but your skin, eyes, build, hair, and other things are fundamentally "unattachable".

Try filtering your inventory - click on "filter" in the upper right and uncheck everything except "clothing" (since you can't filter to show just skins, this will help narrow your inventory down).. Then either type in "skin" at the top to help narrow things down or search through your inventory to find the skin you were wearing beforehand - by default you are wearing a skin when you joined SL - you probably modified skin, shape, and other things to make your AV look a certain way. The trick here is finding all those pieces and wearing them

Finally, once you have yourself "back to normal", I'd really recommend typing "worn" at the top (and going into filter and re-checking everything we unchecked) - this will show everything you are currently wearing - At the top click and open a new copy of the inventory window, create a folder, and then drag or right-click and copy and paste your skin, shape, eyes, ect, all into one folder - it's much easier to keep your virtual self organised this way, plus you can just drag that folder on yourself to instantly wear everything in that folder and automatically revert to whichever form, should you find yourself in this situation again.
