Hi - not until yesterday did I get around to getting Parallels 4 on my 2 year old macbook pro. And indeed, it is possible to run SL under windows 7 under Parallels - but what a silly thing to do - performance is better under OS X. But the mere fact that it is possible was kind of fun.

Virtual Machines are getting better. I can run Oblivion (higher graphic game) in VMware, and actually get it to a playable frame rate... of course it also runs in Cider, which runs WAY better than in a virtual machine... but the point is that virtual machines are getting better and better for 3D graphics. Now if nvidia and ATI would start putting virtualization tech in all their GPUs it would be even better...
