I just broke down and started using the PC version on my MacBookPro. It's much more stable, seems slower though, but I have an issue.
I'm using my trackpad, of course. To click on something, I usually hold my Apple/Command key down while clicking the track pad button. While using PC desktop and SL, though, pressing the Apple/Command button brings up the Windows pop up on the lower left corner of my screen. How do I click to select some thing if I only have the one mouse button?
Thanks

Get an Apple wireless mouse, makes everything so much easier.

Are you using Bootcamp? If so, you place two fingers on the trackpad and then click the mouse button for a right click.
If you're using something like Parallels/VPC/VMware, I am not sure.

You can use the two finger right click in OSX too, you may need to switch 'place two fingers on trackpad and click button for secondary click' which you'll find in the Keyboard and Mouse section of System Preferences. I think it is off by default. In Bootcamp, it's there automatically, the other Windows emulation environments will have key modifiers for right click, I don't know what they are either. Or borrow any USB mouse from a friend, it doesn't have to be an Apple one to work. Another handy device if you're not using a fullsize keyboard is: http://catalog.belkin.com/IWCatProductPage.process?Product_Id=157024It comes with Mac software as well as XP, and you can set a single key to do all those, awkward on a Powerbook keys, like Home, Page up and Page down as well as all your other movement and edit keys, you could set a key as right click.

here is a little homebrew driver that makes you hold ctrl and click for right click ... which is like using os classic command+click http://www.geocities.com/pronto4u/applemouse.htmlconsidering i hate laptop pads i would just buy a generic 2 button + wheel usb mouse and be done with it but that might not be suitable to you also i didnt bother to look but if that thing has bluetooth on it you can get BT mouses for under 40 bucks ... saves having wires dongles or any other crap hanging out of your shiny laptop

i hate all laptop trackpads.... except the current Macbook ones, they are fantastic little things. Works really easy in SL, just two finger tap for a right click, or hold two fingers and push the button. Two finger sliding will also scroll, up and down, and left and right.
