Listing of Keys?

I just switched from windows to a Mac. Love it but am having some difficulties with using my camera. On windows I could use pagup & pgdn to change the viewing angle up and down. I can't get an equivalent to completely work on my mac. Makes if difficult when creating things. Is there a quickguide on tthe keys in secondlife for the mac? I haven't been able to find one.

Also, using the windlight release candidate the camera controls are partially off the window and not fully useable and overlap with the release keys button. Any way to move these?

One thing I recommend is to use a 2-button mouse for your Mac, if you're not doing so already. That having been said, from memory, you can hold down command and ctrl to pan your camera vertically as you described.
