Freeware Convert from .png to .jpeg

I need to upload my SL images to various RL websites. Mac Leopard OS does not allow me to change the file extension of my SL .png images.

Is there a freeware I can download to do this? Or is there a way I can do it on Leopard?

I use GIMP to convert - Gimp is able to open various kinds of files and to store them in different graphics formats.

Changing the file format isn't a matter of changing the extension.

Listen to Milla. Just open it up in Preview (which is the default app for .png) and use "File-> Save As..." and save as JPG or whatever from there.

Or even easier, when you save the picture, you can change it to jpeg straight from SL.

Check your settings :)

open the png in preview.. and Save As... a jpg....
