Anyone able to record movies?

Hi all,

I have one of the old school Mini's the low end of it (1.25 Ghz). I have found for the last couple of builds when I tell it to record a movie, I get a 4KB file for my effort with no informaiton in it.

Anyone else getting this also?

Are there any alternatives to using SL's Movie capture? Preferably something that iMovie will work with so we can make edits to the movie?

Movie recording never worked for me either on my old powerpc mini, I never did find out why.

I've just tried it on my new Intel one though and it works fine, and iMovie can import the files too

You can try snapz pro x. Ambrosia has a 30 day free trial. I've used it on my powerbook over the past few days and it's been very effective.
