slide and swing scripts to animate av

I would like to find a script that would animate the aviatar to slide down a slide yes the ones we use to slide down when we were little. i dont want to sale it just use it for the slide i created. also would like a script to animate my aviatar to swing. i have a script for my swing but it only animates my swing so now need one for my aviatar so myav can swing with holding the ropes on the side and sitting right
